I agree with @thiasj. We need a minimize button. That's it; a tiny little minimize button beside the close button. Opera is the fastest browser in terms of browsing speed and productivity. A minimize button would be great.

@cybrsaylr, and anyone else having an issue with video/audio, I installed a package called "opera-ffmpeg-codecs" that resolved this. The video/audio that didn't work on certain sites are now working with this package, you just have to find it.

ffmpeg.org should be of some help. Or you can just search for the package yourself.
