Same here! I never thought the "allow hardware acceleration" could be the source or part of the problem. I will check it out. After the Creators update, absolutely nothing could enter or leave Opera except for the Opera auto-update that could check the browser version. I finally unchecked the VPN and voila, now it works. However I do longer have a VPN. Could the good folks at Opera please post: (Opera - VPN for Creators Update - How to Connect to Internet.)

After initial installation of Opera, I imported all my bookmarks. They still do not sync day to day.
Specs: WIN 10 laptop, importing from Chrome to Opera on same computer. Why not?

2. Once bookmarks are imported, how can you refresh them later (EX: 1 month) to just update the changes and not the entire set of bookmarks? Is it possible to import and merge in order to eliminate duplicates?
