I had already fixed this problem. Opera has two '.exe' files, 'launcher.exe' and 'opera.exe' to run it, we must add 'opera.exe' to 'Graphics settings' of window 10 to enable using dGPU in Opera. If we add 'launcher.exe' to 'Graphics settings', it will not work.
To find location of 'opera.exe' file, you can use search function of window in C drive.

My laptop is Dell Precision 5520, dGPU card is Quadro M1200 with newest driver from Nvida, iGPU card is HD Graphic 630, display screen is 4k. I use newest window 10 pro 64bit.
I installed newest Opera version on my laptop.
I set up for Opera uses both iGPU and dGPU to surf web and view video on youtube.
There is one problem with my laoptop. When I only use iGPU to view video 4k on youtube, the usage of iGPU and CPU is low (see attached photo). When I use both iGPU and dGPU to view the same video 4k on youtube, the usage of iGPU, dGPU and CPU much higher than the first one (see attached photo). The temperature of CPU is very high, over 85 oC
Can someone help me to solve this problem?
I want dGPU shares workload, decrease workload of CPU, iGPU and decrease temperature of CPU but everything is reverse. It makes me headache
I have the same issue with browsers Edge and Chrome.

Hi Team!

I installed latest version of Opera on my laptop Dell Precision 5520 display 4K.
I want to force Opera uses or shares using dGPU (Dedicated GPU) for smooth when surf web, facebook, youtube,...
I turned on 'Use hardware acceleration when available' and set up Nvidia using dGPU for Opera but it still only uses iGPU, not use dGPU.
Is there any ways to force Opera using dGPU?
My dedicated VGA card is Quadro M1200
