That doesn't work for me

I have opera set as my default browser, everytime i open an instance of it i have this message asking me to select default apps for music, video, email, browser etc ... There's no 'OK' button, and if i click x and close it always appears next time i open it, this only happens with opera.

Since yesterday i cannot comment on any website like youtube and so on, on some websites i have the "post" icon opaque and i cannot click it, on other i just don't have the post/submit button. I tried using other browser and they work, it's just an opera issue, i don't remember doing any update or downloading anything in particular.
