Transfer data from Opera to Opera GX

Is there a way transfer one to the other on mobile? I do not have access to a computer right now. I can probably go to the library

RE: Tampermonkey Chrome extension blocked

In order for me to get the extension to work, I needed the opera extension which allows me to install Chrome extensions on my end. So I think that is why they are blacklisting it.
