Opera for WindowsChrome extensions don't work anymore
Many chrome extensions don't work anymore because of a missing javascript object.
The error is always: "Uncaught (in promise) Error: "managed" is not available in this instance of Chrome"The error can be easily reproduced with "User Agent Switcher" extension and debug event its settings page.
The outcome is that the UI contains only static text, all the features doesn't work in settings and main panel.
I'm using the latest version of Opera for Windows: 110.0.5130.23 on Windows 11 22H2.

@aryatac I have the same problem: only on second screen when Opera is maximized the tabs bar is unresponsive to mouse interactions:
- Can't switch between tabs
- Can't close tabs
The working toolbar parts are:
- Opera ("O") menu button in top-left corner
- Plus "+" button used to create a new tab outside an island/tab group
- Search button on top-right corner
- Window buttons for minimize, maximize or close app
