I agree with everyone here, removing the speed dial button is very disappointing. I hope you'll put it back.

Opera for MacRE: Opera for Mac keeps crashing
For the sake of creating a sense of urgency in getting this fixed, I too am having a problem with Opera crashing on a Mac. It happens generally after I have a few tabs open and try to open another. It's extremely annoying...
