Thanks, the site backend runs in SSL mode all the time, and has no unsecured elements. Opera only complains when I drop in that line of YT code, remove it and all is ok.

Opera blocking script from being uploaded to my own siteOpera for Windows
Using Opera 47 (47.0.2631.39) on a Win 10 Pro machine (3770, 8GB, SSD etc), I manage my own Zencart webshop and generally Opera has been fine (I recently transitioned away from Firefox as it is so slow to load and render).
However, today I tried to add a simple youtube link (copied the embed code straight from YT of course) into one of the products and got the Chrome error "Chrome detected unusual code on this page and blocked it to protect your personal information (for example, passwords, phone numbers and credit cards)."
Why would Chrome/Opera be blocking such a simple piece of code that was actually generated by YT? The YT code is below:
<iframe width="480" height="270" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/Css9Bze5ogo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Any thoughts? Is Chrome/Opera being overzealous?
