i saw opera GX didn't have it, I'm guessing normal Opera doesn't either.
But in chrome there's this neat feature where you can add multiple tabs into a group, name the group, give it a color, hide it, and do general changes to only the group or anything but the group, makes a lot of things easier in general and has a nicer feeling, especially for people like me who have a million tabs open, its a very nice feeling when you can just name them and give em a color, hide em back there for later and while having 30+ tabs open, only have what you need right now on screen and not be worried about losing something in the giant sea of tabs. next to it looking neat it also makes making changes to your tabs easier as i said, lets say you wanna make changes to a specific groups of tabs all together, and so you can do that.
So yeah I was shocked its not in here already and I don't know why you wouldn't want to add it.

basically, @Alexan, the tab slash sound isnt made when you simply close a tab, in your sidebar, in the gx control part (if you have it enabled) at the very top youll see a section called hot tab killer, and if you press the x next to one of the tabs in there, it will play that so called slash tab sound. thats what its for
