Whenever I am playing a game, and Opera is not focused, videos and streams lag a LOT. Sometimes, however, this issue doesn't occur, so I am un-aware what could be causing this.

I've tried disabling hardware acceleration, switched to OpenGL. Nothing has worked.

My PC specs are as follows:

• Windows OS
• AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12 core
• AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT
• 16 GB Memory
• 650W psu (I do not believe a lack of power is the issue)

Opera information:

• LVL3 (core: 81.0.4196.61)
• Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/95.0.4638.69 Safari/537.36 OPR/81.0.4196.61

I'm running an AMD based computer, and for the past few weeks my videos and streams in Opera have stuttered and lagged HEAVILY when the browser isn't in focus. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration and switching to OpenGL, and nothing has worked.

I'm using the 64bit version

PC Specs:
Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core
Radeon RX 5700 XT
16 GB of Memory
650W psu (I don't think it's a psu issue as this is recent and I've had this pc for about a year).
