Those Google features require that Opera is built with special Google API keys to access those Google Speech to Text services. Opera's not allowed to use them, so this won't work in Opera. You need Chrome to make these Google things work.

There might be an alternative, but it appears it'd take some work for Opera to do and it wouldn't be free.
