I had the same problem, I got it to work in Windows 10 by running Opera as Administrator, then I went to Netflix and it started to work. Then I close Opera and ran it normally and now it works even if not running as Administrator.

I want to know what ads are being blocked by Opera's built-in ad blocker when going to specific site. There doesn't seem to be an intuitive way to get this information.
How can I get this information?
