Hi davehawley
I've found out the solution of Opera crashes when watch Youtube videos and Others.
!. clean up the dust at all the Fan,CPU mount and RAM Bus lines.
2.Opera---Extension ------Get extension--get-Flash® Player for YouTube™ ENABLE it.
Very Important :Do not check mark to Allow in private mode and Allow access to file URLs
Go to Menu ----Setting----Websites
Check mark on Detect and run important plug-in content (recommended)
****** ENABLE ---Widevine Content Decryption Module.
DISABLE ---Crome PDF viewer and Adobe flash player,
DISABLE Video pop out and Pop-ups
ENABLE--BLOCK ADS (Menu ---Setting---Basic)
The Opera crashes when watch video must be CLASHES between Widevine Content Decryption Module and Adobe flash player.
You have choices to disable either one of them. But I 've found Widevine Content Decryption Module
is BETTER in Streaming Video and more POWERFUL.
Now I am enjoying Youtube videos and other on lines videos
Enjoy
