Tab grouping: when you drag one tab/group over the other tab/group, after a small delay you can drop it on and create/add it to a group.
Tab lazy loading: when opening new tabs, they'll never load until you select them. Same with restoring previous session.

Same for other panels. Just make them appear or slide out when cursor is touching the corresponding screen edge.

@keidy try to find launcher.exe in installation folder and if so, launch it from there or make a shortcut yourself (or check and fix path in auto-created shortcuts). If there's no such file, then check your antivirus or whatever thing that tries to outsmart user (or even to fool, like virus).
