I have posted a bug on github https://github.com/operasoftware/extension-docs/issues/77 , but it seems github is not the right place for it.

I didn't mean to show full url all the time, but only when page fails to load.
Browsers does not redirect if you type "www" in front of url - server does, so if server not configured properly for that it will not redirect you to right page.

It would be nice if opera will show full url in address bar when page fails to load.

I mean if you type in (or follow the link) https://opera.com , you will see page unavailable error.
You look in address bar and see "opera.com" - you have no chance to suggest that the problem was in https:// , or any other parts of url.

Why there is no Notification API in Opera yet? Chrome and Mozilla have released this API a long time ago.
