i opened up opera today and there were no bookmarks and extensions that i previously had(before the update), i realized that i was logged out of my opera account, thinking that would solve the problem i logged in, but that didnt help either, basically lost all my passwords too, logged out of everything.

i have tried doing almost everything but everytime i try to connect it would show "failed to connect, connection declined on your other device" and the screen on my pc wouldnt change(showing the qr code). My opera version is 98.0.4759.15 and im running windows 10(which is also updated), the phone im using also has the latest android version, i tried logging out of accounts(on both devices) and logging in again, still the same issue, i use the normal opera browser for android(opera browser: fast & private), i also tried connecting with vpn, and removing my antivirus. i tried connecting through both flow and (opera.com/connect).
