I think v12 is discontinued...

Yep, development and support has pretty much ended for the Presto desktop line of Opera browsers. Though security updates may still be a future possibility, if they are needed, but possibly only until Opera ASA deem the Blink version of Opera a worthy replacement for Opera (Presto) 12.xx and below.
