I've used Opera off and on for years and, here we are, 12 years later, and a fundamental asset is still missing. There is no way to easily import Chrome bookmarks into Opera on Android. This should be priority number one - not crypto wallets, not news feeds, not even ad blockers. Until an easy-to-use bookmark importer is provided, mass adoption of Opera is simply not going to happen. Any developer who says it's not possible doesn't need to be working as a developer. There has to be a way, even if it means doing more than writing 8 lines of code. It's time for some dev at Opera to show he or she is actually worth something.
