Yes, but the vbs script is still needed to automatically "close" Opera Mail as soon as it start. However, despite my initial misgivings, this solution is just what I was looking for. Thank you very much

Thanks, but that is a workaround.... I had found a more specific solution (a simple ini setting without the need of vbs script) but now I can't find it anymore

Yes, old versions. To be precise I'm referring to Opera Mail, but this (undocumented?) setting I remember that was the same for both Opera and Opera Mail.

Hello, does anyone know the setting (I remember there was an instruction to add to operaprefs.ini) to start Opera minimized in the system tray? Thanks
