Not being displayed pop-ups which ask for your allowance for cookies block the screen since an Opera update. Solution: Allowing pop-ups not sufficient. You have to disable the Opera ad-blocker as well. This is no problem, if you use a ad-blocker app like Blokada (I recommend not the Playstore version which meets Google Ads conditions but the one from the Blokada website).
