The same thing happened to me in May, I painfully updated my passwords and started again, this time making sure I had a .csv file. It has today happened again! Whilst I have most passwords there are some that have changed ,or just been set up. Does anybody know why this has happened. Should synchronisation be set to on? I don't want to synch with either my phone or Chromebook so left it set to "no"
