I customized my start up page to blank. Now I can't get the speed dial back. I have opera version 26

Opera 26.0

1. On hotmail opera in the box where you check boxes there are underlines. Is there a way to get rid of it.
2. On get extensions: Remove Facebook Suggested Pages and Posts try to install it gives me an error: An error occurred when installing the extension: Installation failed
3. I want to pin a tab, but I don't want to start when starting the opera browser.
