When you disable allow access to page content it doesn't run follow-ups. The 2nd message, it will automatically allow the page content access and doesn't show anything.

Loving Opera so far, but I can't help but feel like the Sidebar should be modular and be allowed to put in more apps like Claude, Poe, Deepseek and more.
