@zalex108 No I don't have a nVidia card. I use a MacBook Pro 13" Retina (late 2013) with OS X 10.10.

@operaoperandi Unfortunately this does not allow to disable antialiasing, it only allows to switch to grayscale antialiasing mode.

It is possible to disable antialiasing on Opera? This technology cause more eye strain, especially with monitor with low resolution.
