It seams stupid.
The most interesting thing is that I'm writing this from the Steam Browser, that is the only one to work.
Opera, Edge, Firefox, Chrome. Not Any of them is doing its job
But Steam Browser still works 
I'm tired of this. It happens to much, I reinstalled windows, changed box, provider, dns, but always once in a while, My browsers stop working, and the Steam one is the only one I can use... It's boring
