I thought this was the official IDM extension.

Every time I want to access a site by signing up or logging in with Google, the browser just freezes and does nothing. I tried this with Edge and Chrome and both worked in access the service. It used to work just fine before I recently updated it. I do not know how to rollback.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling again. I have tried to recreate your problem and found mine to be dandy.

I noticed this bug every time I download images or documents on-line. The title bar on the task bar would flash red to show the download is complete then remains frozen until I close the browser. Any fix for this?
