I have dual display (PC monitor and TV), picture from one extends to another.
I grab open tab from PC window, move it to TV and drop it there. It opens up and that's it.
Now it does not work. When I move it to TV screen, I just see tab icon dragging and when I release it, it disappears and stays open God knows where because audio plays and I can shut it down from Windows taskbar
