When adding a bookmark you should get a popup just below the address bar on the right. This pop up allows you to change the thumbnail that will be displayed for the bookmark as well as the location it is saved to. The default is to be unsorted but you can change it each time you make a bookmark to be in whatever folder you want. There isn't a way to automatically put it into a different folder at this time.
