1.переходим в (версия оперы ваша) AppData\Local\Programs\Opera\103.0.4928.34
2.Находим opera opera_gx_splash.exe и переименовуем его в
opera_gx_splash.exe.old или удаляем(возможно файл подтянеться если есть функция на этот загрузчик).
