RE: Web apps support for desktop browser too?

I prefer Opera but, I would like to run sites as apps as well.

Version: 42.0.2393.65 64bit Windows 10 Pro (Anniversary)
Since this latest update Opera beta seems to use a lot more resources.
I am kind of new to providing feedback. Is there anything in particular I should add w it? Such as screen shots or the like?
