the address bar in opera (developer) is much too large and - most of all - it isn't even necessary because no link has this lngth;
but it prevents extension buttons to be correctly displayed

I couldn't find any hints on the web, nor is there any applicable setting in the advanced prefs for this to accomplish - but I need it

compared to other mail clients, OM created multiple (existing gmail) accounts without any problems and without asking for detailed entries other than name/email address/password and type of account (pop/imap)

the first problem occurred when i tried to send a test mail from one acct. to the other:
the message sits in the out folder but does not arrive at the inbox of the target recipient, neither does it show up in the sent folder

i was not explicitly logged out from any mail account in the previous mail client (Mailplane) prior to closing it
(or the other way round: i closed Mailplane before launching Opera Mail, but did not log out from any of my accounts)

as this is the only reason I can imagine for not connecting (apart maybe from that damn new issue with double verification or what the hell it is called), i'm clueles and would appreciate any help based on facts

today i started to try out Opera Mail and created 2 accounts for existing gmail which is still up and running with a previous mail client; is this perhaps the problem ? must say, that no matter whether i was using these 2 mail clients simultaneously or just one of them, i had no connection to gmail with Opera Mail - no receiving, no sending.
Then i created a message with the other client and tried to receive it with OM - no luck !
i'd very much like to use OM because it has great features - any help would be highly appreciated
