No matter what sources I choose, "Personal News" fetches nothing ... ??

Not quite sure when this started, however, even with a totally clean install and using a totally new identity Personal News has stopped fetching all articles. Firewall in MacOS is off.
With a clean slate of feed sources I click add new source and look at the source previews .... nothing ... !!

Opera for MacMy Flow inactive - "Connect to Computer" button does not appear
Running the latest version of Opera (64.0.3417.73) and MacOS Catalina and when I open 'My Flow' from the sidebar, I am presented with a blank page. No button to create a QR code to link my phone and sending pages to 'My Flow' from the main browser window does nothing. This is not a Catalina issue as this behaviour existing with High Sierra as well. Basically it looks as though 'My Flow' is just not working.
