I followed rafaelluik's steps, but had to modify it slightly. This is what I did:

1. Install "Opera Mobile" v12.0.4 (ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/android/mobile/1200/Android_Opera_Mobile_12_Opera.apk)

2. Open it and activate Opera Link and allow it to synchronize. I allowed 3-5 minutes to fetch the screen grabs.

3. Upgrade to "Opera Browser" in Play Store. Version 30.0.1856.93524 as of this post.

4. Open and verify all bookmarks are synchronized. Some folders were omitted in my first attempt.

5. Sign in to Opera (aka Opera Sync)
