I found out that problem is actually in Opera not closing down properly. Sometimes its process keeps its presence in the background, so obviously when I try to launch an another instance, it crashes with the errors above. Also this background process, if not killed manually, causes current session's sort of inconsistency, so it takes too much time to then shutdown the system, like here:

Opera 33.0.1990.58 crashes if logged in for symchronizationOpera for Linux
Hello. Here are the steps to reproduce my problem:
- Make a fresh install of opera-stable.
- Log in for synchronization.
- Close the browser.
- Launch it again.
- Opera crashes due to some problems with profile.
Console output is:

RE: What Android apps are essential for Opera?Opera for Android
perhaps you should use an official source?
Yeah, I should have checked for that in the first place, what a shame. And yes, this way it works, thank you.

RE: What Android apps are essential for Opera?Opera for Android
But not everything listed above is an app
I know that, but it's still about dealing with .apk files.
Opera uses Gms for Sync.
I restored everything that's related to Google, but that didn't help.
Suddenly I found out that if Opera is installed with Google Play, it's ok. But if, which is my case, installed from previously downloaded .apk (from here: http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/?id=com.opera.browser), then there are these problems I mentioned. I don't see any sane connection.

'Click to play' setting issue in Opera 28Opera for Linux
*This is a general, not for nix only, suggestion, but I had to choose something.
I prefer to keep all the plugins (Flash in particular) disabled until I click to activate them. This works well with youtube, vimeo, etc, but on sites like bandcamp.com play buttons (Flash objects), I suppose, are too small to be replaced with this confirmation element, so they just don't work. So it would be great to have an another way to confirm plugin activation. A dialog box, for example.
