Opera help said it will see ¥ as Japanese Yen by default. But why my browser convert this ¥ symbol as China Yuan? How can I change it?

Hi. I connect my laptop to a monitor and use it as screen 2. I run Opera on screen 2 and put my laptop to sleep then disconnect the external monitor after finished my work.

Now I'm trying to use the web browser but it not show up. I also restarted my laptop but it still not show up. Please advice.
