I'd browsed up and down the Settings menu multiple times but never thought I was looking to enable an option rather than disable one. Thanks

[Solved]Is Power User still a thing? / How do I remove the Google search bar on the Start window?Opera for Windows
Hi!
I've been wanting to get rid of the Google search bar on the home screen, for which I apparently need Power User mode. I'm on a fresh install, so no plugins. I go to settings, click somewhere other than the Search bar, and type Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right b a - and nothing happens.
I read somewhere on these forums that all the Power User functionality is now just in the Settings screen, but I don't know if that is true. But if so, how do I remove the Google search bar from the Start window?
Many thanks!

RE: Specific website won't run properly in Opera, but will in other browsers and mobile OperaOpera for Windows
Hi sgunhouse,
Yes, also when I set Standard user agent to Desktop. But that does still send me to the mobile version of the website (responsive, fits to screen etc). I'm using Astrid by Athemes.
Thanks!

Specific website won't run properly in Opera, but will in other browsers and mobile OperaOpera for Windows
Hi everyone,
I manage multiple websites and they all work fine in Opera, except for one. The main issue is it stutters when I scroll up and down pages. They're all built with Wordpress - the problematic one shares a WP theme with another site that works fine, so that shouldn't be the problem either.
Many variables, and I'm not sure where to start looking. But since it's specific to Opera I figured I'd start here. The website is currently not online because it's under construction - I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction for troubleshooting regardless? If not, I can put it up temporarily.
Hope to gain some insight
Kind regards,
Philip
