I would like to increase the browser's video cache loader to load a larger amount of data when I watch a video
This is not a browser problem. It is something that the owner of the website sets server side. Depending on the website there are ways to get around it. Magic Actions for YouTube is able to force YouTube videos to do this but it does it by tricking the server, not doing anything to the browser.
