@gargomon251: Like @Just4Fun said, you can get V7 Sessions work for awhile disabling and then enabling the addon.

RE: V7 SessionsOpera add-ons
I downloaded the add-on “Tab Session Manager” from the Chrome Web Store. (There are other session managers as well.)

The add-on appears to be updated, the latest version is on 14.8.2021. Sessions can be saved automatically, backed up to downloaded files and exported/imported to PC.
I pinned add-on to the address bar. Then I saved V7sessions one by one to TSM. The add-on seems to work fine and be handy. -
RE: V7 SessionsOpera add-ons
@genrich: That’s true. Most likely, the developer abandoned his project and no longer appears here. It's unfortunate, the addon works great and isn't happy to switch to another - if they even exist.

@nadie-nada-nunca: Now disable and enable must be done every time you need to open sessions.

Profile settingsOpera for Windows
Hello
I installed Opera on a new computer. I copied the profile folder from my old PC. The profile is not in the standard folder, but I modified the startup icon and added the "--user-data-dir =" parameter.
However, when Opera opens automatically e.g. from a link in an Excel spreadsheet, it uses the default profile. How do I set my own Profile to be the only one?
