I guess its a flash player problem?

The good news:Yes,videos run smooth as butter now!
The bad news:I don't get surround sound when listening to spotify web player :((I do get surround when using 14,0,0,179 NPAPI one...

I am using Opera 23.0.1522.77 ,there is a very annoying video stutter,I enabled the statistics,it shows about 30 frames dropped every 30seconds.This does not happen in other browsers,i tried Opera next and the dev edition,but the issue persists,even tried to update flash player to 15 beta,issue is still there...Please fix it!!currently using Adobe Flash Player Version: 14,0,0,179
