@mikahs so it's Opera GX problem. I made comment around 2months ago in here. I just get trolled by staff. Nothing has changed.

Hi I have getting some high CPU usages since last update.
I have reported the issue alrealy ~2 weeks ago, but havent got any information back.
am i only with this issue? Reinstall didint help.
5900x 1080ti.
hardware acceleration fixes this issue, but destroys livestreams/youtube playback.

1st monitor is connected whit DP-port and 2nd monitor HDMI. if this even helps anything.

48.0.2685.52 W10 version. Have same problem? am i realy only1 whit this problem.
TL:DR. Now, i know whats the problem. I got 2 monitors. 60hz and 144hz, i switched just for lulz, 144hz monitor to 60hz. ZADAA magic happens. no lagg on hardware acceleration ON. Now imo. im waited 2 long whit this. I dont Mind to waiting fix for this. C u soon.

http://puu.sh/xKVHo.jpg 48.0.2685.32 (PGO) this happens still. And only when http://puu.sh/xKVKq.png hardware acceleration is OFF. When it's on, resolution is right but everything what moves (gifs, videos, streams) starts to drop frames alot http://puu.sh/xKVPm.jpg (in 2 mins) at 1080p60fps. when http://puu.sh/xKVSb.png
