I've had to remove all of my toolbar bookmarks as Opera would open one at random whenever I moved a window to the bottom of the screen. I would click on the top darker grey title bar and move my mouse to bring the window lower down on the screen. Upon release, one of my toolbar links would open. This is exceedingly annoying.
