Opera for WindowsRE: Add web.skype.com to sidebar
I don't know what happened in the last months, but It studently works now. I had added the skype sidebar a long time ago, it always just displayed "Error".
Misclicked on it today, to my surprise it's now working, not sure who I should thank.

GeneralRE: Scroll Bars dont work if cursor is at far right side of screen
Same thing with me, it's driving me crazy. And it's even worse, tab islands for example can't be reached if the cursor is at the top at the screen, so you have to be micromanaging your mouse at all times dealing with the interface.
