Opera 21 Export Bookmarks \ Stash Were n How !

I need to rebuild computer back backup my bookmarks or in Opera Stash how do I do this?
Looking from setting I can't see how to from more tools I see Bookmark Importer but not export.

I also looked at youtube videos how to but there old versions of Opera V12

Check if there isn't anything avoiding Opera - Hard to see any software bugging Opera.
Just unstalled CCleaner Have now reinstall, I hope this has fixed.

[Test]just shutdown Opera then reopened bookmarks bar and setting still there

Just got to reboot computer finger crossed.

After shutting down Opera then reopen same day no reboot or next day after computer reboot Opera has lost it setting.

I.E.
On Startup
Download location changes
show the bookmarks bar
Extensions all missing

and so on....

I just updated to Opera 20.0 so don't know if will get some problems
Why Opera not saving setting?
