Opera 73.0.3856.257 has some major security issues.
- I received a Firewall request from opera to open a incoming request to my Mac. This should only occur for applications that remotely access my computer and never from a Browser.![alt text](image url)
2.While trying to connect to a 192.168.x.x private IP which worked minutes before I later connected to the network and got the following message which does not make sense as it worked before and on another browser on the same workstation. The message is as follows.
"192.168.100.100 normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Opera tried to connect to 192.168.100.100 this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be 192.168.x.x, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Opera stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.
You cannot visit 192.168.x.x right now because the website sent scrambled credentials that Opera cannot process. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later."
3.When using the VPN my Mac picked up malware which never appears and only appears when I connect through Operas VPN which means some other entity is directing this malware through Opera,
