I did not want this Opera voice recognition nonsense the keyboard will not come back I cannot disable it how can I get rid of this absolute garbage voice recognition

Hello whenever I try to scroll a page up a menu appears, I need this disabled. It's nonsense and garbage. Fyi it took me three hours to be able to post this due to operas garbage feedback loops taking me over and over to the same page. I hate opera. Pure garbage.
