When open Opera I get a redirect from Gstatic.com/generate_204. I've installed the opera extensions like adblock plus and no track. But it still keeps coming. I wonder if there's a way to stop it.

2. How can I disable the drop down previews for websites? For example, if I have 8 tabs open for 8 New York Times stories, there is a drop down preview list of all the stories that blocks the story I'm reading.

I'm wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

Thank you so much for the reply. I really appreciate it even though it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. I hope Opera allows for that option in the future.

On my PC using Windows 10 when I clicked on the download link for an audio file on a website and then clicked on the three vertical dots, there used to be only one option: download. There are now two options: playback speed and download. I would like to disable playback speed and just have the download option. I was wondering if there is a way to do that. Thank you very much.
