Navigation for offline page did not work. When click the menu the page didn't response.

I have difficulties to refresh my tab browsing as I need to move my hand to the left side side of the browser.
So it will be better if opera for windows put the refresh button at the right or the address bar.

Or if there any tools to rearrange the place of the button?
