I forgot my Opera password and ended up resetting it. But now my passwords won't sync. What do I need to do to start syncing them again?

I'm a new user to Opera. Trying to figure out a way to have a bookmark in the bookmarks bar and speed dial at the same time. Right now I'm only able to add a bookmark only to just one place. Thanks in advance for any help.
