It wasn't opera's Fault, the Mobo here is the main cause of this problem!
If you have an ASUS MoBo just disable the "Nahimic Service" and everything will work as magic, simply search in windows start system configuration -> Services-> Hide Microsoft programs-> Nahimic Service ->Disable
