I finally found the perfect browser for my needs, almost perfect as it surprisingly lacks a desktop mode. Why this choice?

this is a feedback post. I recently uploaded a 5k 360 video on youtube. Opera GX really struggles to play it (with default flags), it stutters and can't cope. I thought it was normal until I played the same video on edge where instead it's buttery smooth. Is there any flag I should check to improve performance? Link of the video is:

youtube works, I haven't noticed it! They must have fixed with the latest beta. Inbox broken.

I reverted all the flags to the default values and removed all the extensions, but since some releases (not sure when it started), I can't interact with the DOM elements of youtube and inbox anymore. Basically no clicking works, anywhere. The pages are correctly loaded, but no interaction works. All the other sites work fine so far.

I set the cookies option to "Keep local data only until I quit my browser", however even on PC reboot, when I open Opera, often I get back my lastpass and gmail sessions, still logged in! I even use MFA with those services and opera instead make me find logged in on Monday...:(
